the location is very central (just a short bus ride from the airport). the staff seemed lovely and helpful. i felt that i had everything i needed .
Check-in proved quite disappointing. the program seemed to have bugs and could not accept uk zip codes, i had to call and was told to enter a fake one. the street door and room door keypad were difficult to operate. It was very difficult to digit numbers, i had to spend a good half an hour in panic in the evening to access.

the room was super clean and modern, i loved it! a coffee machine was even there in the room, such a nice surprise. the location is awesome, really easy to get around from there.
It wasn't very easy to get in. The code they sent wasn't working at first, though a person came to open the door for us. What a workout! the shower was really small. Showering was not easy.

the room was clean! it also felt spacious. i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere. the location is amazing, very close to the funicular, near good bars and restaurants, and right on the shopping street. it's a great spot!

my room had modern decor and was very clean. i liked the design of the room too. the bathroom included a big shower. a bottle of san pellegrino was complimentary.
the hotel don't mention nowhere safe to leave belongings before check-in.

My room was a Standard Double Room. The room was clean and modern. The complimentary coffee machine and water were a nice touch. The location is near the bus and the city center. Self check-in made arrival easy.
The air conditioning did not cool the room sufficiently. There was only one chair in the room for two guests. The refrigerator exhaust added heat to the room.
